These 100 x 150mm labels are made from a synthetic polypropylene facestock rather than paper, so they are waterproof and tear-resistant and keep their grip through moisture, oils, cold and rough handling. Because they are direct thermal, the image is created by heat alone, so there is no ribbon to buy or replace, which keeps running costs low for high-volume despatch.
The 4x6 (100 x 150mm) size is the standard shipping and carton label format, on a 40mm core with a strong permanent adhesive and 400 labels per roll. Direct thermal print can fade with prolonged heat or UV, so for labels that must stay sharp outdoors for years, a thermal transfer synthetic label with a resin ribbon is the more durable choice.
